Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using our website. By accessing or using the Gracie's Lamps website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About Gracie Lane
Gracie's Lamps is a handmade goods business specializing in custom Taylor Swift-inspired resin lamps. Each lamp is individually handcrafted to order. Our store is operated through Shopify and all purchases are subject to these Terms of Service as well as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your completion of the checkout process constitutes your electronic signature and your explicit agreement to all terms,
policies, and conditions contained herein.
3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All Gracie Lane lamps are handmade to order by hand in small batches. By placing an order you explicitly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
Each lamp is a unique handmade object. Because each lamp is individually crafted, there will be natural slight variations between lamps and between product photos and the lamp you receive. These variations may include but are not limited to minor differences in resin clarity, glitter distribution, pigment swirl patterns, wood grain appearance, bark texture, and figurine placement within the resin. These natural variations are not defects and do not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback.
Product photos on our website are representative of the lamp style and variant ordered but are not a guarantee of an exact identical reproduction. Handmade objects by their nature cannot be reproduced identically.
The Taylor Swift figurine and all interior elements of each lamp are permanently suspended in solid cured resin. The lamp interior is a fixed, static, solid object. Any interior details visible in product photos are permanently embedded and will not move, drift, or change over time.
The wood base and live edge bark wood pieces on each lamp are natural materials and will vary in grain, color, texture, and appearance between individual lamps. These variations are inherent to the material and are not defects.
By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and accept these characteristics of a handmade product and that you are purchasing with full awareness that your lamp may differ slightly in appearance from the product photos while remaining true to the style, variant, and quality represented.
AI-Enhanced Product Photography
Product images displayed on the Gracie's Lamps website may be digitally enhanced or rendered using artificial intelligence tools for visual presentation purposes. These enhanced images are designed to showcase the style, design concept, and aesthetic of each lamp and are not a guaranteed exact representation of the physical product you will receive. Because each lamp is individually handmade by hand, the physical product may differ from website images in ways including but not limited to resin clarity, color saturation, glow intensity, figurine detail, interior element placement, wood grain appearance, bark texture, and overall dimensions. These differences are inherent to the handmade nature of the product and to the use of AI-enhanced photography for presentation purposes. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and that perceived differences between product images and the physical lamp received do not constitute misrepresentation, damage, or defect and are not grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback of any kind.
AI-Enhanced Marketing and Content
Gracie's Lamps uses artificial intelligence tools to create, enhance, and produce marketing content including but not limited to product videos, promotional videos, social media content, and advertising materials. Some or all video content associated with Gracie's Lamps may be wholly or partially generated or enhanced using AI technology. By purchasing from Gracie's Lamps you acknowledge that you are aware that we may use AI-enhanced marketing methods and that dissatisfaction with our marketing content, creative methods, or advertising approach does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, dispute, or chargeback of any kind. Your purchase decision is based solely on the product itself as described on our website and governed by our product policies, not on the marketing content through which you discovered our store.
4. Order Processing and Production Time
Because every lamp is made by hand to order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your lamp to be crafted and prepared for shipment before it leaves our hands. This production time is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have entered production. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at gracieslamps@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as any payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize us to charge the full order amount to that payment method.
All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. By completing your purchase you
acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our Refund Policy prior to purchase.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. All shipping terms, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Gracie Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our hands.
7. Refunds and Returns
All refund and return requests are governed by our Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Refund Policy prior to purchase.
Because each lamp is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect upon arrival. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to gracieslamps@outlook.com. Natural variations in a handmade product as described in Section 3 of these Terms of
Service do not constitute damage or defect and are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on our website you agree that before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer you will first contact us directly at gracieslamps@outlook.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern. We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues quickly and fairly.
You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a reason that is not consistent with our published policies — including but not limited to dissatisfaction with natural handmade product variation as described in Section 3 — may constitute misuse of the chargeback process and that we reserve the right to provide your bank or card issuer with a full copy of these Terms of Service, your order confirmation, your agreement to these terms at the time of purchase, and all relevant order and shipping documentation as part of our dispute response.
You agree that your completion of the checkout process on our website constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to all policies contained herein, and that this agreement may be submitted as evidence in any payment dispute proceeding.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gracie's Lamps website including product photos, descriptions, graphics, text, and branding is the property of Gracie Lane and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our explicit written permission.
Our Taylor Swift-inspired resin lamps are fan-made artistic creations. Gracie's Lamps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Taylor Swift, Taylor Swift Productions,
or any related entity. All Taylor Swift references are used in a fan art context only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gracie's Lamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in North Carolina.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms of Service will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
